I have a Bachelor of Secondary Education with a major in English, and I am a licensed professional teacher and TEFL certified in the Philippines. I have ten years of experience teaching English subjects at the elementary, junior high, and senior high school levels both in public and private schools.
Throughout my career, I have polished my expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and student evaluation. One of my biggest achievements was implementing a research based learning project that dramatically improved my learners critical thinking and analytical abilities. Implementing a research based project integrates other English related disciplines by reinforcing reading, writing, critical analysis, and effective communication skills, resulting in a comprehensive strategy that improves overall language competency and academic achievement. This experience demonstrated the necessity of creating a collaborative and inquiry based learning environment.
