I am currently working with CAPEX projects from a to z we create projects on SAP R/3 then we generate a Capital Project Authorization document to enable the funding of the said projects further we create requisitions that will automatically route to Procurement Order Management for placement of the purchase order based on client requirement, however approved budget will remain a constraint for funding the projects due to project over-expenditure, capture the Good Receipt Note or Service Entry Sheet upon delivery of the purchase order, we track projects to see if Budget allocated is in line with the Expenditure Year to Date, we also create Capital Assets based on the delivered items upon receival of Goods Receipt Note or Delivery Note from relevant parties.
