I co founded and scaled multiple consulting and training businesses, and now focus on helping founder led companies prepare for capital events and successful exits.
My work covers exit readiness sprints, capital readiness diagnostics, valuation enhancement, and transaction support. I bring both strategic insight and hands on deal preparation experience, supported by a network of technical analysts, financial modellers, and advisors.
