I finished the Computer Science course on May[removed]In my last year in college I worked as a junior programmer in a starting software company. My role is to support clients technical and usage issue. Base on customer demands I customized data entry forms and reports using Visual Foxpro.
But most of my working years was in a business process outsourcing. I served as customer and technical support. Support that I provide is over the phone and, some on emails and chat. For 13 years in the call center or BPO industry I have experienced several lines of businesses supporting Windows 7, installation of operating system, installation of device drivers, supporting smartphones as well as handling customer orders and inquiries and on billing and payments.
I have wide range of experiences from clerical office work to customer service in a business process outsourcing. From these work experiences and different management that I worked with I was able to adapt and managed pressure.
