Jordan Phelps he/him is an award winning film director, producer, and editor and proud co founder of VAM STUDIO.
His aesthetics explore themes of nature vs. the unnatural, the magical against the mundane and always aims to tell stories that represent his communities in nuanced and honest ways.
With a diverse body of work, Jordan has produced projects ranging from Shea Coulee’s Coulee D and Collide music videos to Grammy Award winning artist Esperanza Spalding’s Blood and Joints visuals and collaborations with Jamila Woods and Chance the Rapper on LSD.
He has also produced and edited original narratives such as VAMs Finesse and Damaged Goods web series, as well as spearheaded personal experimental films like Litany and Home|Here with collaborative artist Po’ Chop.
Jordan’s commercial work spans a wide range of clients, including Viacom International, Airbnb, Red Bull, the AIDS Foundation of America, Gilead Pharmaceuticals, Spotify, Dr. Martens, and more.
