About Me
I aim to help people find a better strategy and solution to their legal problems. I am involved in various aspects of the law such as teaching and training, writing legal opinions, contract drafting, negotiation and mediation.
I offer a comprehensive and holistic approach, by this I mean that I can look at the issue as a whole to find the best results rather than focusing on only a small part of the problem. I specialise in English contract law, consumer law and business law. This includes bespoke contract drafting, comprehensive legal opinions, case assessment, help with business relocation focusing on legal strategy and policy, as well as assistance on effective ways to recover a debt or pursue a claim in the U.K.
I have a Master's degree in Law LLM, a Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Negotiation and further qualifications in Contract Management and Contract Relationships, Mediation and Negotiation.
