I have been in the BPO for 9 years and my skills were honed by engaging with various departments such as Service Delivery Operations, Training and Development, Quality Assurance and Workforce management.
I also have quite an experience in the Real-Estate having worked with property managers as a Routine Inspections Coordinator and I have a slight background as a Transaction Coordinator and a little bit of understanding with property management and appointment setting.
I am an extremely dedicated individual, self-motivated and thorough. Being a quick learner and technically inclined are also my advantages. My attentiveness to details also add up to these skills. I have a can-do attitude and am a team-player.
I am very much willing to learn new skills outside of my comfort zone.
