I am a personate about doing research and also hardworking data driven individual who has the ability to work under pressure in order meet deadlines and expectations of authorities or immediate superiors. I have a proven records of extensive data management skills backed up by my reporting skills of interventions of my previous assignments. I have been engaged in developmental projects at community level of which i have been monitoring and evaluating to meet final outcomes project impact to beneficiaries. As part of various project interventions , i have been analyzing the all the indicators from which developments has been tracked and from which donors determined whether those projects have hit thresh hold or not. I am as well grounded in Geo Spatial data analysis in terms determining the various intervention sites of project and to deter mines progress per location, this is done using ArcGIS and Quantum GIS to produce thematic maps of Cities , Towns and Villages of projects areas
