per client additionally. My role at as a Customer Success Manager with RingCentral, I was responsible for managing contract renewals, and efficiently handled various customer requests by creating tickets for down sells, expansions, and refund appeasements to ensure a seamless customer experience. I usually work closely with clients to understand their needs

In terms of tools My I have knowledge using hubspot,gohighlevel,salesforce,chatgpt,zoho mail for email outreach,slack for communication
