I have successfully progressed throughout my career, swiftly moving from a Client Service consultant into a Supervisory position in the Optical company have worked for. Thats how I mastered my skills in decision making,conflict resolutions,staff recruitment and training,negotiation and leadership.. In my recent position as Manager, I had the opportunity to develop the skills necessary to excel as a Branch manager. As a manager I was able to plan calenders,set targets and achieve them with my team,ensure there is smooth flow of operations through well planning,organizing and delegation when need be.
