For over five years, I worked as a bedside nurse in a medical surgical, labour , psychiatric , emergency ward etc. before moving into the virtual realm. During that time, my role encompassed caring for patients throughout the pre operative and post operative phases, where I held full responsibility for their overall care.

Following that experience, I worked as a customer care representative where I consistently delivered exceptional customer support. In this role, I handled inquiries from provider offices concerning member eligibility, benefits, and insurance policies.

Later on, I moved into a position as a medical virtual assistant. In this role, I adeptly handled a range of responsibilities, including medical records review, patient scheduling, referral management, fax handling, tracking and following up on in office lab results, managing incoming calls adhering to clinic protocols, and orchestrating coordination among different provider offices for smooth patient care,
