I have a 2 year experience as a customer service and as a technical product support as an inbound phone support. I have handled basic issues also solved complex issues to the satisfaction of my customers. For the past 2 years I was quite fond of using the CRM gateway as my tool to offer users refunds; collect payments; explain complicated bills; apply and cancel subscriptions; troubleshoot technical issues; resend passwords; collect feedback; and retain and save customers cancelling orders.
I also have a wealth of experience using Microsoft Word and Excel. I have complete command and perfect grammar of certain languages such as English and Tagalog.
