With the experience as a professional Data Analyst over the past period, I am fluent in a wide variety of software and data management systems ranging from traditional options like Excel to platforms like Tableau, Metabase, PowerBI with an excelled SQL knowledge. I also possess proficiency in ETL tools such as Stitch and in ensuring the efficient extraction, transformation and loading ETL of data from various sources and manipulations in Snowflake.
During my previous roles at several other organizations, I have supported different cross functions across the business including Growth, Customer Advocacy, Finance and executive teams with recurring market insight reports including KPI dashboards and other ad hoc data analysis to identify the product growth, foresee churn and analyze employee performance and etc.
I have a working knowledge of core programming skills, which has allowed me to develop machine learning models in predicting customer trends and customer churn.
