About Me
I am a Customer Service Representative for 3 years for one of the biggest Telco Companies in the US AT&T, we handle general inquiries, customer complaints, basic troubleshooting, processing payment, sales and retention services. I was also a Subject Matter Expert on my previous job for collections in Revenue Cycle Management for 3 years, with those experience in handling the back end stage for medical claims life cycle which involves making sure medical claim gets paid, solving unpaid and denied claims from insurance. We cater under the providers side, getting in touch with the patients insurance to make sure these claims get paid. Additionally, I have also enough experience 5years as Healthcare Insurance representative working with United Healthcare Insurance as a customer service rep. which we provide claims status, reason why claims were not paid and at the same time we qoute Insurance benefits and eligibility.
