About Me
Hi, my name is Jessica S. Ombos, and I’m a graduate of Bachelor of Hospitality Management. I started my career in the travel and hospitality industry, where I worked in Dubai as a Guest Service Assistant for two years. That experience helped me develop strong interpersonal and customer service skills, especially in a fast paced, multicultural environment.
I then transitioned into the BPO industry, working as a call center agent for three years. During this time, I handled various types of customer concerns, strengthened my communication skills, and learned how to manage high volumes of inquiries efficiently and professionally.
For the past four years, I’ve been working as a Client Service Coordinator at QIMA, where I’ve been handling both clients and suppliers from well known brands such as GUESS, GAP, and Dyson. My role involves coordinating inspections, managing expectations, and ensuring quality service delivery—skills I’ve come to value and continuously improve.
