About Me
I am originally from the Philippines, and I’ve been living in the Czech Republic for more than 8 years.
My current job is a language teacher who achieves ongoing success with students by building their confidence, and training them to build good communication skills through English language.
My experience in the telecom service industry taught me how to meet and exceed each customer’s expectation. I developed impeccable phone manners and an ability to politely deal with irate customers.
Duties at my previous companies included making and receiving[removed]phone calls a day to businesses and private individuals. Mainly, I was one the first point of contact for customer calls regarding services and product, account information.
I was also a part of retail order specialist team. The job was more on customer care via email and chat messages. I had to deal with orders, refunds, checking payment transactions, tracking delivery and shipment.
