I have worked as a Sales Representative for the last 4 years, My last job was at Sykes, Concentrix as Sales Representative. I am responsible for processing orders, payments, returns, exchanges, and other transactions.
and I also Monitor customer accounts for potential fraud or abuse.
We were taking inbound and outbound calls, I booked a flight, hotel, activities and car rentals for the customers. I also worked with T mobile a Sales specialist what we do is we sell mobile devices, Assist with product activation and troubleshooting technical issues.We had to make sure that we know whats the budget, needs, and wants to tailor fit the offer. After gathering all the details from the customer thats time that we will close the sales,process their payments and send their booking or order confirmation to their email address.I also manage a small Resort in Batangas, my job was to create a policy, book accommodations, evaluate staff’s performance, and to check the quality of their service.
