About Me
I graduated in University of Science and Technology of the Philippines last 2012 as a Teacher. I became a teacher teaching various levels with different subjects. I joined BPO industry for 4 consecutive years as a customer service associate for Insurance Company handling Billers/doctors and Delta Airlines. I am currently working as a teacher in Vietnam for 60 hours every month only that persuade me to find part time jobs to be more productive.
My call center experience mold me to be skillful enough in organizing files, gathering and processing data, pivoting excel files, copying and pasting data, sending reports about the said data and building rapport to customers.
With dedication and honesty, I became self-reliable and hard working. am highly trainable and diligent with my job. I see to it that I produce a satisfying and accurate projects.
