A work-driven individual, I have been in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for more than a year. My ultimate goal is to ensure that the services offered by a certain organization to the public and private consumers have been delivered in a timely and accurate manner and customer satisfaction has been met. I have handled different customer inquiries via call inbound and outbound, text, chat and also via e-mail. My tasks includes coordinating with the billing team regarding cancellation of orders and accounts, refunds and billing statements, tracking packages and orders. I also help in looking up for answers for customer's product issues and concerns by contacting the product specialist. I try to contribute with the implementation of marketing strategies, programs and campaigns and help in managing product inventories and submitting daily, weekly and monthly end-of-day reports.
