I have graduated from Philologicsl Facultuy where I`ve been studing Norwegian language and Scandinavian litterature. I have over 4 years experience in customer care. Starting from MoCall to Sitel, I have supported customers for various clients. Support I did wad for VoIP telephony, mobile phones, online shopping. I speak English , Norwegian and Serbian language.
Working for Sitel I was able to develop myself as a customer care, first working customer support agent and later being promoted to trainer and latter to team manager.
