I began my career in customer service at HCL. In the next 4 years, I handled diverse responsibilities within the domain, including roles as a backend claim manager and managing incoming calls. This experience laid a strong foundation in customer relations and problem solving.
Subsequently, I transitioned into reporting and journalism, dedicating six years to content creation and editing. This phase honed my writing skills and ability to communicate effectively across various mediums.
In 2018, I took a planned career break to focus on full time parenting. Returning to the workforce in 2020, I joined Genpact as a document writer, leveraging my prior experience in content creation.
While I enjoyed my roles in writing and reporting, Ive always felt a strong affinity for my work in customer service. The dynamic nature of resolving queries and achieving 100% customer satisfaction provided an unparalleled sense of accomplishment. This realization has led me to decide to return to my roots
