I am a Sri Lankan Quantity surveyor having more than fourteen 14 years of working experience in Consultancy and Contracting backgrounds under various construction subdivisions such as Airports, infrastructure projects, and various kinds of High-rise & Mixed-use developments. My overall experience in the UAE region is approximately eight years.
I am proficient in both pre and post-contract quantity surveying activities such as preparation of cost plans, Bill of Quantities, Tender and Contract documents, drafting contractual correspondence, evaluation of variations and negotiating with project stakeholders.
