During this time, I also served as a Subject Matter Expert, training and mentoring new representatives to deliver excellent customer service. Later, I joined Amazon Development Centre India Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Customer Service Associate, where I handled inbound phone support for 1 year, resolving customer queries promptly and professionally.
