About Me
As a Senior Operations and Facility Manager I oversee the project management of new constructions and renovations, interior design and FF&E, and contract administration of the external vendors, contractors, and service providers. I also manage the day to day operations of the school, including IT, catering, cleaning, security, logistics, and transport. With more than 21 years of experience in operations management, I have developed strong skills in strategic planning, process improvement, team building, and customer service.
My mission is to ensure the highest standards of school cleanliness, safety, and efficiency while supporting the academic and extracurricular activities of the students and staff. I have successfully completed several capital projects and maintenance works, facilitated the facilities master planning, and coordinated the human resource management, marketing and admissions, communications, and events and building management functions.
