Jason Bacinillo

I began working as an HR and Admin Assistant when I was in college; it prepared me to be independent and learn how the hustle and bustle outside the classroom means to be. The Company pays my tuition fees and funds my allowances until I finish my bachelors degree in psychology. I struggled at first because I had to work with senior colleague who were professionals, my knowledge about the HR facets and how it works were still lacking because I am still a student that time, but it never hinders me to thrive harder and prove that even a young student can keep up with the tasks along the seniors. I had to manage both my schedule at work and school well because I also have several responsibilities inside the campus since I was a student writer and a student leader at the same time. It was tough, but I survived with commendation from the deans. I take little pride for what I have done and achieved; but still grounded knowing that I can still do a little more to achieve great things ahead.
