Preparing monthly profit/loss variance analysis report and KPI’s commentaries.
➢ Prepare corporate budgeting and forecasting upload in Hyperion Planning.
➢ Responsible in liaising annual Asset Valuation report and reconciliation of Investment properties as per books and per year end market value land and building IAS41.
➢ Loading monthly trial balance to HFM Hyperion Financial Management clearing of validation and discrepancies.
➢ Completes annual external audit standalone by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors, disclosure and preparing financial statement
➢ Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
➢ Supervises the functions of Account payable & Accounts Receivable.
