Hi I am Jaqueline Dizon, and I have a background in technical support, administrative task and customer service. I have worked remotely for the past 5 years.
I have a 2 years experience in technical support, where in I help client troubleshoot any issues with their Office 365 accounts, from their billing, to application installation to migrating their data.
I have a 7 years experience as admin support, where I manage calendars, set meetings across teams, prepare documentation and presentations, manage emails of clients, and also data entry, I have also worked with teams and know how to manage tasks efficiently while maintain excellent communication.
I am very organized and detailed oriented and I am very proactive as well, I like to keep things run smoothly.
I am also experienced with tools like Microsoft suites, google workspace, Office365 and some CRM tools.
