Jannelle Jamandre

I have nearly 7 years of experience in the BPO industry, managing voice, email, and chat support for US markets. Since January 2019, a few months before COVID 19, Ive embraced remote working as a freelancer. I served as an IT Specialist at a software company and later as a QA Lead at a video editing organization, both supporting US clients. Following this, I transitioned to a role as Sr. Premier Advocate at a company for Pros in the US. I assisted professionals with their accounts and handled financial operations such as processing refunds and ensuring financial health in the US. Most recently, I spent over a year as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture.

In my free time or on weekends, I enjoy solo travel to other countries, particularly in Southeast Asia, and exploring the beautiful beaches around the Philippines. I aim to visit all 81 provinces in the country while maintaining my remote work—I’m proud to have reached 41 so far.
