I am an experienced HR generalist with over 3 year of experience. I have worked in different sectors spanning from renewable energy to fintech organizations. My experience spans from building international start ups from scratch, setting up departments , policies , procedures, culture, learning and development strategy, compensation and benefits plans and performance management.
I am a people person and believe my strong sense of empathy in dealing with people issues has helped me thrive in this career.
I also believe organization should be governed by a strong structure inorder to set standards for all employees hence the need for a HR generalist .
