For the past years i have been working in a customer service line. Having the opportunity to lead a team for years, i have learned to demonstrate the ability to give a clear direction and mange people in achieving goals and targets while under pressure from the top management. I have to maintain my composure to avoid misunderstanding especially for foreign workers where language is a barrier. i have had both structured management and leadership experience in handling teams towards achieving specific tasks. I can work with minimal supervision and complete the assigned task. I always maintain a positive relationships with the client. I also maintained a professional and kind demeanor when dealing customers and staffs. I also believe in excellence and have dedicated myself to assure the success of the company goals. My positive attitude is one of valuable asset in any company who will hire me. I am also certain that my skill-set will will give a profit to any company.
