Multiple years of experience in customer relations focused career fields before starting career in telecommunications as a Field Technician. Over one years experience consisting of both classroom and hands on field work in I gained a strong understanding of the installation process, signal flow, cable routing ,troubleshooting implemented for multiple devices. The strong understanding I gained as a satellite field technician made for a smooth transition over to a Fiber Optic Field Installation Technician as the demand for fiber began to grow. I received multiple years of experience with the nations largest independent fiber optic internet provider at that time.
