Making more happy customer creates more loyal customer's. As customer service myself i've worked with diffirent line of business like customer service chat, email and phone. With my skills growing in this industry I was promoted as Subject Matter Expert and was assinged with a management rule working side by side with my manager's, preparing reports, monitoring performance, coaching and mentoring my team members, also I facilitates training for consultants in service delivery. Working as support for my team, I also process live escalation's.
