I have been working with customer services for 5 years now and I know how to take good care of my customer's. To give good customer service you must understand you customer problems by putting your self in their situation. With my skills growing in this industry I was promoted as Subject Matter Expert and was assinged with a management rule working side by side with my manager's, preparing reports, monitoring performance, coaching and mentoring my team members, also I facilitates training for consultants in service delivery. Working as support for my team, I also process live escalation's.
