About Me
I've been working as a customer service representative for 5 years. Previously, I worked as a customer support on a telecommunications company in the US. I was part of the Executive Resolutions Department. In this position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints such as service interruptions or cutoffs, repair technician delays/no-shows and equipment malfunctions. I consistently met my call-volume goals, handling an average of 20 to 30 calls per day. In addition to this experience, I was also a Tier 3 skilled representative of a money transfer company in the US. In this position, I demonstrated the ability to determine when a certain transaction is a possible fraud and needs to be escalated. I was tasked to do floor support at the same time, especially when we have new hires. My recent job was an Inside Sales Associate on a New York based Real Estate Company calling leads FSBOs, Expired, and Pre-Foreclosure and a bit of an admin task for my client.
