About Me

With the experienced of 10 years in travel and tourism industry, I myself confident to serve as per the requirements. Started my career with Malaysia airlines in 2006 in Reservations, ticketing and Holidays functions I have learned to serve passengers and clients with competitive fare and offers for making their travel itineraries. After that in 2014, I am starting to work in a travel company as a travel and holiday consultant where my core jobs are to sales, marketing & advertisement making budget travel and tour itineraries for the clients. Till now I am working to provide competitive and cheap deals to my clients and managing there corporate, officials and personal travels and tours.

-To ensure and monitor that all the telephone calls are answered within required service standards.
