About Me
My name is Ioanna Athanasopoulou, i am a Master Geologist - Environmentalist and this time I perform a remote doctorate in collaboration with the University of Patras and the National Technical University, which aims to model the environmental conditions for the future treatment of extreme events, in order to predict and avoid possible future environmental disasters.
In the past during the Master, I dealt with vulnerability to Argoliko Field and primarily using GIS Arc map, Q-Gis, algorithms and statistical correlation models so as to determine the maximum vulnerability possible of lands in a range of points and their correlation of past data.
During the Master and the PH.D. dealt largely with GIS and with initial stages of the language Python programming.
