I am a professional librarian and information management specialist with a Ph.D. in Library and Information Science and over 17 years of progressive experience in academic and research environments. My expertise spans digital and e library services, cataloguing and classification, records and knowledge management, and information literacy instruction. I have successfully managed electronic library systems, institutional repositories, and document management platforms, ensuring efficient access to information resources and compliance with standards.

In addition to my professional practice, I have international teaching experience, having served as a part time lecturer at Kenyatta University, Nairobi, Kenya, where I taught courses in information science. I am passionate about advancing technology driven library transformation and have contributed to scholarly publications on the evolving role of libraries in the digital age.
