Ingrid Espinosa

I have worked in three great outsourcing companies located here in Colombia and, altogether, these jobs have given me 22 months of meaningful work experience. I acquired and applied knowledge about different kind of products and services such as: a country-wide retailer store, an online payments’ software and a health insurance company. I have developed various skills and played multiple roles, both within the customer service and the general technology systems fields. My enriched journey through high-level kinds of job was possible thanks to the previous three years I spent studying an English teaching program at one of the best public universities of my country. The subjects and tasks assigned were greatly thorough and essential for improving my learning and communication skills, among which I highlight: reading and analyzing complex texts, preparing presentations and speeches, investigating, writing essays and deep digging into the languages’ linguistics, syntax and phonectics.
