In my previous role as an Investment Specialist at NISP Sekuritas now OCBC, I was trained for about 6 weeks at working days then I was sent to NISP Branches to be an Investment Specialist.
Then as a Wealth Manager at HSBC Indonesia , I had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, assisting them with their financial needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing personalized customer service. I am highly skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients most of my clients was a Professional, such as Lawyer, Businessman, CEO, doctors, etc., identifying their financial goals, and recommending appropriate financial products and services.
Additionally, my strong problem solving skills enable me to effectively address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate and timely information.
