About Me
Hello,
My name is Sorin Igna and currently I'm working on an Automotive company as Program Manager, being responsible for Project Management Team, Engineering Team and Prototype Build Team.
I started my career in IT for production systems.
Being on the production area and getting involved in activities related to Production, I was asked to join the Production Management Team as Production Segment Leader.
The knowledge gathered here led me to Project Management and now I lead on entire team of Project Managers doing projects for Power Distribution Units for customers like: BMW, Daimler, DAF, General Motors, JLR.
My side job is as trainer for Project Management within the Business Group.
Within this years I did customer projects, internal development projects, transfer projects, process improvement, building setup projects, project lunching and also supported other divisions as a consultant for Project Management.
