About Me
Am a 28 years old energetic Kenyan man. For the last five years have been working for the ministry of health as health records and information officer in the M&E department. December 2015 was my last month in office as per the contract signed by my employers. Some of the activities that I was involved in include the following; Capturing health information using various tools designed by the government for data capture, Data entry to the existing databases, Coding and indexing of diseases using ICD 10, Compiling facility reports and making statistical presentation to the hospital management team and reporting all the hospital activities to the DHIS 2 Software for reporting health activities in Kenya.
