Dr. Hossam Younes, an Egyptian national, is an Economist & Undersecretary of Export Sectors Affairs for Export Development Authority EDA Ministry of Trade & Industry of Egypt and freelance consultant to ministries of Local Development and International Cooperation. He has over 19 years’ experience in the area of international trade, trade policy, economic development and SMEs development. Mr. Younes has worked as Economic Researcher in the marketing research department Agricultural Economic Research Institute AERI, Egypt. He joined ministry of trade & industry in 1999 as a trade facilitation manager and as an Economic expert in Egyptian Lebanese, Egyptian Sudanese and Egyptian Azerbaijani supreme joint committee.
