• College seminar project: The Design of a 2MW Photovoltaic Power Plant for a Green BZU Campus.
• The project aims to design a grid-tied rooftop and parking’s Photovoltaic power plant for a Green BZU Campus. It includes a specific study for each component of the system, and presents comparison between them, to be able to select the efficient ones, taking the cost in to consideration. Furthermore, this project presents a study for the available areas in the rooftops of the buildings with maximum utilization from the areas for maximum production, and a study for the university electrical loads to match the design as much as possible with them. Finally, simulation of the system using PVSYST software, and its economic feasibility will be conducted.
