2 - Preparation of BOQ.
3- Preparing contracts and particular conditions on the basis of international contracting such as FIDIC 1987 or 1999
4- Calculating the quantities and evaluating the prices of variation orders VO that occur in the drawings and contracts.
5. Negotiate the VO with the client, consultant, contractors or subcontractors
6. Prepare weekly or monthly project/projects cost reports.
7. Prepare comparative reports for the changes.
8 - Preparation of quotation requests and follows up with suppliers local/overseas.
9. Prepare and make monthly payment, etc.
