issues in the Microsoft environment and liaising with Microsoft Support Team on difficult to
resolve issues. I am knowledgeable and highly experienced. I am able to communicate with a

Desk Analyst / Office 365 Administrator has allowed me to appropriately prioritize tickets,
engage professionally with users and provide excellent support to all Microsoft related issues. I
