I have done my Diploma of Associate Engineer Civil,Peshawar, Pakistan in 1994 then have served in different organizations of Pakistan, Afghanistan and KSA at different position like sub Engineer, site Engineer and Quantity Surveyor. Over 30 years’ experience of working as professional construction specialist,
quantity surveyor, DPM & PM in national & international organizations
• Intensively involved in on site activities, cost analysis, preparation of engineering
estimates, drawings, progress reports, variation orders and payment bills
• Successfully completed multiple types of building projects residential, commercial
& industrial, roads, drainage and bridges, from layout to completion
• Preparing bar bending schedule from shop drawings and ordering steel according
to time schedule
• Prepared/evaluated contract documents per FIDIC, subcontractors claims, etc.
• Designing and maintaining a complete project control system
• Settlement of final accounts with client
