I hold an MBBS degree from Wah Medical College, Wahcantt, Pakistan, and have completed my matriculation and intermediate education with outstanding marks. Throughout my academic career, I have consistently demonstrated strong communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills—qualities that I believe are crucial for customer support. In addition, my experience as a house officer at POF Hospital has further honed my ability to manage time efficiently, multitask, and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

I am confident that my diverse skill set, including fluency in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and my ongoing studies in Arabic, will enable me to handle customer inquiries with ease and professionalism.
