I am an online freelancer since 2015 and as a freelancer, I handled different projects like Appointment Setting B2B, Real Estate, LinkedIn Outreach and Prospecting, Lead Generation, and Virtual Assistant. Before being a freelancer I was in the BPO Industry for almost 6 years and handled different line line of businesses.

I've been in the BPO industry for more than 6 years. I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for a cable account handling billing for cable and internet connection. I also had experience in lead generation and sales, wherein I provided the scripts and perform sample calls for the clients. I have also worked as a Customer Service Representative for an online booking account and as a Technical Support Representative for AT&T.
I have been working on different online freelancing websites and I have a lot of experience doing telemarketing and telesales. I have been working on different campaigns in the USA, UK, and Australia.
