I am a Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, and strategic financial planning across global insurance operations, telecom, technology startups, and IT services environments.

Currently, I am working as Manager – Finance at Genpact India Pvt. Ltd., where I lead FP&A operations covering budgeting, rolling forecasts, performance analytics, and executive reporting for global stakeholders. My role focuses heavily on business partnering, driving forecast accuracy, cost optimization, and finance transformation initiatives. Recently, I delivered automation led efficiencies resulting in FTE savings and strengthened balance sheet governance across multi entity operations.

Prior to this, I worked with Bharti Airtel Ltd, supporting business performance reporting and KPI driven analytics, and with OYO Hotel & Homes Pvt. Ltd., where I managed country level P&L forecasting and contributed to profitability improvement initiatives through cost and margin Analysis.
