Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare and review financial reports, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Prepare MSOD, estimates, and debtors outstanding statements.
• Perform monthly cash flow analysis to support effective financial planning.
2. Accounts Management
• Maintain accurate financial records including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoices, and bank statements.
• Regularly reconcile bank and ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
