About Me

As a Digital Native I’m specialized in e-Business, Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation and Customer Experience/Journeys: always driven by data and processes.
During most of my jobs or missions, I was intermediate between business and IT. So besides my business language I also speak “IT” and “Data”.
I've been Project Manager or consultant for different types of projects: Marketing Automation, Customer Journeys, web, mobile, SEO/SEA and Tag Management, Meta-data Management, Process Mining, BPM, e-services, campaign Management, data/analytics , CRM and GDPR Privacy Statement.
During the past 2,5 years I have been project and portfolio manager at a bank.
I’m not only skilled in defining and implementing the operational or technological solution, I’m also thinking on how to improve the business model and define concepts to facilitate processes and, at the end, the customer experience.
I strive to do this in a flexible and efficient way.
